BRUSH CARE My brand new Ibiza Hair brush bristles are very hard. What can I do? Soak the new brush's bristles in lukewarm water for 5-10 minutes, blot dry, lay flat, and air dry. When dry, rub the brush between your hands to loosen the bristles.

How do I clean my brushes? Remove all hair or residue with a wide-tooth comb. Dilute a sink full of warm water with a mild/natural or sulfate-free shampoo. Fully immerse the brush(es) for 5-10 minutes, rinse, blot with a clean dry towel, and let air dry.
